Services And Maintenance Guidelines

To enjoy the discount, the Cardholder must produce a valid Wizard card to the appointed service centre.

The discount will only be given to the vehicle(s) registered with DND and whose registration number is embossed on the Wizard card.

In order to qualify for further discounts on subsequent service and maintenance visits, the Cardholder must send his/her vehicle(s) to the same appointed service centre.

The discount is only applicable if the lubricating oil and all parts replaced are supplied by the appointed service centre.

This discount programme may be discontinued without prior notice and DND reserves the right to make any changes to the programme from time to time.

The Cardholder is solely responsible for all charges incurred for the services rendered and all payments shall be made directly to the appointed service centre.

In the event that the Cardholder has any problem with his/her vehicle following a service at an appointed service centre, the Cardholder should send his/her vehicle back to the same appointed service centre for rectification. Neither DND nor the said appointed service centre shall entertain any claim for reimbursement by the Cardholder for any cost incurred by the Cardholder where the vehicle has been sent to another service centre for rectification.

In the event of any dispute relating to the service and maintenance rendered by an appointed service centre, the decision of the Wizard management shall be final and conclusive.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that the appointed service centres provide a high standard of service to the Cardholder, the Wizard management shall not be responsible for any claim or loss or damage resulting from unsatisfactory or inferior quality of the services provided to the Cardholder.
