1. When can I start to enjoy the benefits of this programme?

The motoring assistance benefits are effective the moment you sign up.  However, to enjoy the privileges offered by the participating merchants, you will have to wait for the Cardholder's Kit, which you should receive within two (2) weeks of signing the application.

 

2. What should I do to enjoy the discounts?

Just present your Wizard card and cash / discount voucher, if applicable, to the participating merchants.

 

3. Do I enjoy immediate discounts at the participating merchants?

Yes, discounts will immediately by deducted from the total bill.

 

4. What happens if I change my vehicle?

Just complete the enclosed amendment form with the information of your new vehicle and send to DND for updating together with your existing Wizard card and a processing fee of RM10.00.  A replacement card with your new vehicle registration number will be sent to you.

 

5.  What if I own more than one car?

The benefits of the motoring assistance and vehicle servicing are solely for the vehicle registered on your Wizard card.  You'll need to purchase another card for the additional vehicle.

 

6. What happens if I'm a Cardholder but driving an unregistered vehicle that's in need of assistance?

You can still contact the Wizard Call Centre for assistance but the privilege rate extended to Wizard registered vehicles would not apply.

 

7. Is there any joining fee for the Wizard card?

There is no joining fee.  You only pay the annual fee of RM50.00.

 

8. Will there be new establishments joining the programme?

Yes! DND is constantly looking for new establishments who are willing to offer a genuine deal to all Wizard Cardholders.  If you have any recommendations,  please call us at 1 800 88 2929.  We will definitely look into it.

10. Is there any processing fee for the replacement of a lost or damaged card?

Yes, there is a processing fee of RM10.00 for the replacement of a lost or damaged card.  This also applies when there's a change of vehicle registration, as our card has to be replaced.

 

11. Is there any refund if I decide to cancel the card?

Yes, there is a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of your application date.
